Vinification: Separate fermentation activated by pied de cuve in stainless steel tanks and cinification at controlled temperature. Half of the mass ages on its lees in stainless steel while the other half in french tonneaux for 9 months.
Refinement: for 6 months in bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep and intense ruby red, this wine has a fresh and fruity nose with cherry and mix berries aromas. Tannins are sweet and never aggressive, giving the wine great pleasantness and drinkability.
