Vinification and Maturing: Wine made with aromatic herbs (myrtle, sage, rosemary, laurel, thyme, cinnamon, ginger, cloves).
Pairing: Pairs well as an aperitif alone or with appetizers or as a digestif after a meal. Also pairs very well with aromatic dishes that use an abundance of fresh herbs.
