Maturation: 18 months in steel and 36 months in bottle.
Production: 5,000 bottles.
Organoleptic characteristics: Ruby colored wine with mixed taste of red berries, tobacco with a smokey flavor.
Serve with: Excellent with lamb cutlets, roasted meat, game, pork, steaks, aged cheeses.
