Vinification and Maturing: Soaking of the skins into the must at 50ºF for about 24 hours. Complete separation of the must from the whole and fermentation at 22-72ºF controlled temperature for 10-15 days.
Refinement: Steel Vessels and bottles for 3 months.
Alcohol: 12%
Organoleptic Characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; flowered, pervasive and fruity fragrance, pleasantly dry and fresh taste.
Serve with: soups, white meat, hors d'oeuvre and any fish dish.
