Vinification and Maturing: the manual harvesting is at the end of October.
Maceration in contact with peels for about 15 days at a controlled temperature
with a complete natural malolactic fermentation.
Refinement: in steel vats for 18/24 months and at least 3 months in bottles.
Not performing filtration to not lose its typical characteristics.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Organoleptic characteristics: deep ruby red color. Intense aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum and underbrush, spices accents. Full and warm flavor, the alcoholic note is enveloping, well supported by the elegant tannins.
Serve with: pasta dishes, red meat, cheese and seasoned pork products.
